About
Colleen
Kelly.
Real-estate strategist, marketing professional, and Northville resident. I combine a lifelong background in real estate with over ten years of experience in marketing, negotiation, and business growth.
I help clients make smart real-estate decisions while creating a process that feels clear, informed, and approachable from start to finish.
I was raised around mortgage companies, title offices, and real-estate professionals — which is to say, I learned the vocabulary of the business before I learned how to drive. That upbringing gave me an early understanding that real estate is more than buying and selling homes. It's one of the strongest vehicles for building long-term wealth.
After more than a decade working in marketing, negotiation, and business growth, I came back to real estate by choice. That background gives me an edge in positioning homes effectively, understanding how buyers actually search, and negotiating with confidence — three things most agents undersell because they're hard to put in a brochure.
Based in Northville, I help clients across southeast Michigan navigate the market with a strategic mindset, strong communication, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach. If you want someone to sugar-coat things, you won't like working with me. My clients appreciate working with me because I'm honest — buying and selling a home is stressful enough without your agent adding to it.
Outside of work.
I'm a co-founder of Gather Northville, a community-driven organization focused on supporting local businesses and bringing people together. Working in real estate means being a part of a place — Gather is how I show up for mine, beyond the listings.

In her own words
"If you want someone to sugar-coat things, you won't like working with me. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough — my job is to make sure my clients are informed throughout, not flattered."
